Come join us for a fantastic week at Sugar Bowl Ski Team & Academy for a cross country (nordic) summer development camp! Enjoy our amazing trail network, jump on the Pacific Crest Trail for a hike, drop down to Washington, CA for some low elevation rollerskiing, enjoy Donner Lake for some upper body training and learn how the best put together a great dryland season of training. This week is designed to help developing nordic skiers take their skills to the next level while having a ton of fun!

High visibility clothing for rollerskiing
Helmet
Swimsuit and towel for swimming and showers
Sunscreen and hat
Two pairs of running shoes (only clean shoes allowed in gym and shoes may get wet on adventures)
Training clothes appropriate for the day’s weather
Water bottle or hydration pack you can take with you to run, hike, and rollerski
Bars or workout fuel that isn’t messy
