Serene Lakes SKi Lease Share Avail!  Dec 1 - April 15

We have leased 8102 Serene Road that we are looking for another family to share with. The house is best for 3 families. It's big, a great room upstairs and all bedrooms downstairs. It is NOT fancy, but is really comfortable has:  

•  3 king bed rooms, 2  bunk rooms with 2 full size bunk beds that sleep 4 each comfortably (we divi girls and boys) and a guest room.  

• Pool table

• Movie theater

• Large kitchen with 2 fridges and ovens and lots of space for everyone to run around packing lunches/eating breakfast

• WIFI ( as best as you can get I think in Serene)

• 2 laundry machines 3 dryers

We are 2 ski team families, like to cook big family dinners, work together on BYO lunch for the hill,  and go to bed earlish...  We have 5, 9 and 10 yr old boy and 1 10 yr old girl. We'd LOVE to find a family with like age girl or another mini might :) 

It's $14K per family for the Dec. 1 - April 15, including all snow removal (except for the back porch, propane tank, bear box and steps that we need to shovel), utilities and fire wood.  
WE would be open to 1/2 share to split weekends too...
