Ski Lease with Amazing Views of Sugar Bowl from Schull Lodge
Schull Lodge is located just a few steps from the Sugar Bowl gondola parking garage providing convenient access to the home and Sugar Bowl. Drive in on Old 40 Highway and you’re there! For convenience park in the Sugar Bowl homeowners garage. Two garage parking spaces are included with lease. The gondola is just a few steps away so older ski team athletes can transport themselves. The lodge has a huge great room with unobstructed views of the entire Sugar Bowl resort, deck with hot tub, round table seats 12, big wood burning fireplace and large kitchen. Great for 2 or 3 families with six bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Ski lease Dec 1 - April 30 for $35K + $5K flat utility fee (includes all utilities, plowing, firewood, TV and internet). We are a Sugar Bowl Ski Team & Academy family that live next door and keep everything running smoothly.

2. Rotation Concept/Dates: Share an alternating weekend basis. We all want some certainty on the schedule plan, but flexibility, cooperation and a "figure it out" approach by both families should result in a good situation if needs come up (e.g., race date change or something else). In those situations both families will discuss and work together to find a solution (e.g., trade weekends, adjust the rotation or share the home for the weekend etc.).
-Sharing and your ski lease starts when the snow flies and SB open for skiing; ends when ski team stops in April.
-Hommeyer/Jones clan would get the first week of Dec holiday break (including Christmas); your family would get the second week (including New Years).
